Anna Ringborg
is training riders internationally from the youngest up to Grand Prix. Anna is working with methods to teach the rider to give the horse "rewards" and to teach the horse to give its rider "rewards".
The horse learns to give to you! | You learn to give to the horse. |
1. Brain and Heart 2. Mouth 3. Neck 4. Shoulder 5. Back and Ribcage 6. Quarter and Hock |
A. Brain and Position B. Leader and Friendship C. Communication D. Control E. Rhythm and Balance F. Golden Hands |
Trust -> Give -> Relax -> Understand -> Learn -> Perform -> Win |
It may not be quite easy to undertand this system all by oneself but gradually the pieces will fall into place.
The "reward" may come in different shapes s.a. confidence, obedience, willingness, communication, relaxation etc.
¤
Anna uses slightly unusual methods and equipment to help the horse and rider to achieve their "rewards".
¤
The equipment is usually light and soft to avoid accidents and unpleasant experiences for the horses. Soft "plastic saussages" and thin rods are used instead of heavy bars. The horses quickly learn to respect these.
¤
Environmental traing is important to prevent the horse being distracted in work or competition by irrelavant matters like crokodiles in the water...........
¤
Soft and colourful fences in odd shapes are fun for both horse and rider!
¤
Difficult ways in and out of fences is Annas specialty. It is a must to find and ride the "line"!
¤
¤
Some stretching after the riding is good for everybody!
¤
It cannot be said too many times that good flatwork will pay off when you start jumping!

Riding is supreme! The future is ours!
